The Carbon Tax (or National Energy Tax) is even worse than we
imagined…

Henry Waxman is patting himself on the back because he
has worked out a so-called “compromise” that “gives away”
some of the CO2 allowances…

But it’s a “deal with the devil”!

For example, the auto industry will be “given” CO2 allowances
in exchange for producing “green” automobiles.

First of all, what right does the government have to take
control over the air and then “give away” so-called “allowances”
to manipulate our national economy?

Then to make matters worse, the government is simply using its
expanded power for liberal social programming! They will use
the Carbon Tax to reward “greenies” and punish those who do
not play by the rules of the environmental extremists.

And YOU and I are going to pay — $3,100 each and every year –
to fund their radical agenda! And if we don’t play by the new
“green” rules, we will be punished even more!

Rep. Joe Barton has called the Carbon Tax “unilateral economic
disarmament of the U.S. economy,” and he is right.

As I noted to you earlier, Obama and the Democrats are pushing

Could it be that all those emails and faxes to her about the concerns of over spending, to much government taking over to many sectors in the financial sector, and the radical Administration and all those unvetted Czars, have maybe made her rethink the agenda of this administration?

Of course we don’t want to forget the facts, she was on the Healthcare committee. Her agenda is still big government. She is all for Government run Healthcare. It’s not very often I agree with with any of my reps for Washington State. On Geitner issue. Politics as usual. We can agree. On asking him to step down, I don’t think he should have been in there in the First Place. So throw his a** out! Once again this is where Senator Cantwell and I see differently.
"If the Treasury secretary doesn’t come down hard against these loopholes and advocate for closing them, we’re going to have a hard time closing them in Congress," Cantwell said. "So the Treasury secretary is dodging the issue."
Update, 2:40 p.m.: A spokeswoman for Cantwell says the senator is not willing to go so far as to call for Geithner to step down at this point.

Like laying in bed listening to some of the best Radio Talk show hosts, on Serius Radio.  The Patriot!  Raido Talk Hosts like Sean Hannity, Mike Church,  and of course Andrew Wilkow.  There are times where I perfer to stay awake all night. I learn so much from these guys. If you are a Glenn Beck  fan You will absolutely love these guys!  I tell yah, if you don’t have serius Radio You are missing out…

This information came from Mike Church’s Website.   as he has stated last night, he had the information out and available.  The Dems are out of control.. What are we at 32 CZARs? or is it 35 CZARs?  They are taking us down a road that is not good.. Kind of reminds me of those old hitler movies..

When the president can’t see that ”We The People”  just don’t want more government control. Thinks we are the ones uninformed. NO we just don’t want to CONFORM!

Well President Obama needs to reed this bill HR 3200. He calls the people to whom are disagreeing with  his precious healthcare plan “outlandish rumors“     OK   Outlandish Rumors… here it is straight from the bill .. I still would absolutely NOT want this bill, even if you cut all these out of the bill.

 

Oh and Speaker of the House Nazi Pelosi who has accused people protesting , “Un-American“… guess again..This is how our system works… People protest, call, email, we make our voice heard when we don’t like what we are reading. We want our free market back.

We want the banks, auto comapanies,  to go back to the Private Sector.  We believe in the Private Sector,in the  Free Market. We want the senate & congress audited. We want the FEDs audited.  We want to fire YOU ALL!

Puttting ALL the money back into Socail Securtiy that were stolen, or borrowed without asking.. We want those who have been in office that overspent on the budget to

PAY DEARLY!  REAL CASH!

• Sec. 1122, Pg. 253, Lines 10-23 – The government “validates work relative value units” (sets value of doctor’s time), professional judgment, methods etc. (defining the value of humans). 
• Sec. 1131, Pg. 265 – Government mandates and controls productivity for private HC industries. “Incorporating Productivity Improvements into Market Basket Updates that Do Not Already Incorporate Such Improvements.” 
• Sec. 1251 (beginning), Pg. 634 to 652 – “Physician Payments Sunshine Provision” – government wants to shine sunlight on Doctors, but not government. “Reports on financial relationships between manufacturers and distributors . . . and between physicians and other health care entities.” 
• Sec. 1156, Pg. 317, Lines 13-20 – “Prohibition on physician ownership or Investment.” The government tells doctors what/how much they can own.

Just look at this statement in Sec. 441, Pg. 203, Lines 14-15 to get a real feel for the doublespeak the Dems are spewing about Obamacare – “The tax imposed under this section shall not be treated as tax.” Yes, it actually says that.

WSJ:  Obama and Shinseki now pressuring Veterans toward Euthanasia

The Wall Street Journal just published a shocking editorial written by a respected University President, confirming the Obama Administration is now using VA hospitals to order doctors to pressure all military veterans to sign "pull the plug" do-not-resuscitate orders, hastening their premature deaths through mandatory "end of life" counseling. 

President Jim Towey of Saint Vincent’s College, founder of the non-profit "Aging With Dignity" and former White House Director of faith based initiatives, wrote a blistering expose entitled "The Death Book For Veterans," revealing President Obama’s new Veterans Administration (VA) directive, presumably signed by VA Secretary, General (ret.) Eric Shinseki, which mandates all veterans’ primary care physicians must graphically discuss "end of life planning" with all VA patients (not merely those nearing death), and must refer them to "Your Life, Your Choices," a book that openly encourages Euthanasia and was written with guidance from the group formerly known as the Hemlock Society. That same pro-suicide group now boasts on their web-site of directly leading the charge to ensure "end of life counseling" is mandated in the Obamacare bill, HR 3200. 

On page 21 of the Shinseki-mandated Veteran’s Euthanasia book, all military veterans are encouraged to complete a checklist of various scenarios, to decide whether their own life would be "not worth living."  For example, the booklet asks veterans 7 questions pressuring veterans to sign a "living will" that authorizes doctors to terminate your life, if you are:

1) Living in a nursing home?

2) Being in a wheelchair?

3) Not able to "shake the blues?"

4) Ever heard anyone say, "If I’m a vegetable, pull the plug?"

5) No longer able to contribute to your family’s well-being? 

6) Are you a severe financial burden to your family?

7) Do you cause severe emotional burden for your family?

"This hurry-up-and-die message is clear and unconscionable," says Towey, "Worse, a July 2009 VA directive [presumably signed by Shinseki] instructs its primary care physicians to raise advance care planning with all VA patients and to refer them to ‘Your Life, Your Choices.’ [the Euthanasia booklet.]  Not just those of advanced age and debilitated condition-all patients. America’s 24 million veterans deserve better."  Towey recommends a "five wishes" living-will document that does not pressure suicide.

But instead the Hemlock Society booklet is now MANDATED for doctor referral to all patients in all VA hospitals, heaping more evidence upon the growing list of proofs that the Obama Administration is LYING TO THE PUBLIC by denying their health care plan pushes Euthanasia on the elderly. They already do it today.  Just imagine if ALL hospitals become government-run like the VA.

OBAMA ACCUSES HIMSELF AND FELLOW DEMOCRATS OF LYING

Obama held a conference call with reportedly 140,000 members of the "religious left" and accused himself of lying, saying that anybody who claims his health care plan funds abortion violates Exodus 20:16, "thou shalt not bear false witness."  But Obama knows his fellow Democrats supported the Capps Amendment to HR 3200 funding abortions through an accounting-scheme, and defeated pro-life amendments prohibiting abortion funding. On July 17, 2007, Obama himself told Planned Parenthood, "in my mind, reproductive care [abortion] is at the center and at the heart of the plan that I propose. [My] plan…will provide…reproductive services [abortion]."  It now appears Obama is calling himself a liar, since he personally believes his own plan must contain funding for abortion. 

Obama further accused as "bearing false witness" anyone who claims his plan will result in "death panels" that ration care to the young at the expense of the elderly.  That must first include his own Democrat White House Health Policy Advisor, Ezekiel Emanuel. 

In an article entiled "Deadly Doctors," The New York Post just confirmed from Democrat Emanuel’s own writings, the White House plan prefers "communitarianism" which should guide decisions on who gets care. Emanuel says medical care should be reserved for the non-disabled, not given to those "who are irreversibly prevented from being or becoming participating citizens . . . An obvious example is not guaranteeing health services to patients with dementia" (JAMA, Feb. 27, 2008).  NY Post’s translation: "Don’t give much care to a grandmother with Parkinson’s or a child with cerebral palsy."  Grandma’s memory slipping?  Obama’s Death Panel convenes to de-fund her care.  Emanuel said so, read his quote again, confirming Sarah Palin and Newt Gingrich were right after all.
Emanuel explicitly defends discrimination against older patients: "Unlike allocation by sex or race, allocation by age is not invidious discrimination; every person lives through different life stages rather than being a single age. Even if 25-year-olds receive priority over 65-year-olds, everyone who is 65 years now was previously 25 years" (Lancet, Jan. 31).   EXCUSE ME?  Obamacare funds 25 year olds, but excludes 65 year olds? RATIONING, DEATH PANELS, SMOKING GUN.  Don’t accuse conservatives of bearing false witness, Mr. Obama, until you first accuse your own Health Policy Advisor.

This quote is direct proof that Obama’s COMMUNITARIANISM (like Socialism only bigger, on steroids, like Communism), favors treating the young at the expense of the old.

1) More Proof EUTHANASIA is pushed by Obama’s socialist government "health" care.

President Obama had been confronted by a North Carolina woman asking if "everyone that’s Medicare age will be visited and told they have to decide how they wish to die." 

In response Obama joked morbidly about euthanasia, that he hadn’t yet hired enough bureaucrats to conduct such an operation, yet he could not deny the New York Post’s discovery the House bill "compels seniors to submit to a counseling session every five years (and more often if they become sick or go into a nursing home) about alternatives for end-of-life care" (pages 425-430).  In other words, your grandmother will be told, when insufficient resources are rationed to young people, that her duty to die begins with mandatory "end-of-life counseling," or as Obama explained, "encourage the use of living wills" that terminate otherwise salvageable lives prematurely through signed "do not resuscitate" (DNR) legal releases that authorize "pulling the plug" on Grandma. 

The White House made a quick video to refute claims of euthanasia in the health care bill, but interestingly they deleted Obama’s quote about living wills, and AARP sent emails claiming rumors about euthanasia in the bill were generated by conspiracy theorists.  But then a respected bioethicist wrote a scathing editorial in the Washington Post, confirming that euthanasia is initiated by the government in the bill. Lane writes:
"Consultations envisioned in Section 1233 aren’t quite ‘purely voluntary.’  To me, ‘purely voluntary’ means ‘not unless the patient requests one.’ Section 1233, however, lets doctors initiate the chat and gives them an incentive — money — to do so. Indeed, that’s an incentive to insist.  Patients may refuse without penalty, but many will bow to white-coated authority. Once they’re in the meeting, the bill does permit ‘formulation’ of a plug-pulling order right then and there."
Lane agrees the legislation mandates the doctor ’shall’ discuss living wills and durable powers of attorney, and their uses:  "Section 1233 goes beyond facilitating doctor input to preferring it. Indeed, the measure would have an interested party — the government — recruit doctors to sell the elderly on living wills, hospice care and their associated providers, professions and organizations.  You don’t have to be a right-wing wacko to question that approach" says the Washington Post.

Bankrupt state can’t afford to pay for grandma’s hip replacement?  Obama’s plan turns her doctor into a lawyer, paid by Uncle Sam to persuade her to sign a DNR, explaining her hastened duty to die, and obtaining her signature legally absolving him of all guilt. Lane says he personally has a living will, but doctors shouldn’t be paid extra by the government to push them on seniors.  Euthanasia begins when socialism replaces capitalism.
AARP LYING TO SENIORS TO PROFIT FROM OBAMACARE?
The seniors advocacy group AARP defended Obamacare, stating in emails to seniors:  "FACT #3: There is no provision of any piece of legislation that would promote euthanasia of any kind. The rumors out there are flat out lies…It is not mandatory and it has nothing to do with euthanasia."  But since the House bill includes the legal term "shall," the Dean of Liberty University School of Law Mat Staver disagrees.  "I just went back and re-read the bill. The end-of-life counseling is mandatory and there is a 5 year requirement that it must occur every 5 years. The bill is on our website and people can read it for themselves. It is not new that AARP favors killing their own members. They…do not have the best interests of their members in mind."  
Attorney Matt Barber of Liberty Counsel had stronger words.  "AARP is lying. See pages 424, 425 and 426 of HR 3200. The government ‘consultation’ that seniors ’shall’ get if they have ‘not had such a consultation within the last 5 years’ is clearly designed to encourage them to get out of the way and to just go ahead and die already."  
Widely respected Minister Rick Joyner wrote, after reviewing Mat Staver’s detailed analysis of H.R. 3200 "Health" care bill, voicing his strong opinion that this bill "is about euthanasia, the power to determine who lives or dies in America. Hitler and Stalin would have loved to have had a means such as this for dispatching the millions they killed-it would have made their job much easier, and probably given them the ability to kill many more than they did. THIS BILL IS THAT SINISTER. This is not a joke."

2) Tax-payer funded ABORTION on demand is another guaranteed result.  
Last week several so-called "pro-life Democrats" executed a bait and switch that will fully fund abortion on demand in the new Obamacare "health" bill.  Led by compromiser and ex-pro-life Congressman Tim Ryan (D-OH), who was recently booted as an advisor to Democrats for Life of America for his lack of principle, the liberal House Democrats  overruled conservative Republicans 30-28 to pass the hideous "Capps Amendment" to H.R.3200 in the Energy and Commerce Committee.  This amendment now deceptively creates a phony accounting scheme that gives the false impression your tax-payer dollars will not subsidize abortion, while it simultaneously nationalizes free abortions for low-income urban neighborhoods, fulfilling the dream of Margaret Sanger (and her protege Ruth Bader Ginsburg) that African American babies will be the first exterminated in the government funded ovens that weed out "Populations that we don’t want to have too many of." 
Rep. Chris Smith (R-NJ) explained the Capps Amendment: "It’s one of the most deceptive amendments I have ever seen.  The bottom line is that money is fungible, and the plan itself will be subsidizing abortion-on-demand, with taxpayer funding commingled, and the numbers of abortions will go up significantly."

3) Obama will REMOVE Christian prayers and symbols from Government-run hospitals
The hostile socialist government takeover of Catholic or Christian hospitals will eventually result in atheistic silencing of religious expression (and removing all Christian symbols) from the very place where faith in God is critical to sick and dying patients.  For example, look at the Veterans Hospitals, already government-run, who are busy removing crosses and Christian symbols from their chapels (like in Iowa), because easily-offended atheist complainers have successfully intimidated hospital administrators with threats of lawsuit, by demanding separation of church and state.  Just imagine more atheist lawsuits, when all Catholic and Christian hospitals are seized in the same way Obama took control of General Motors, inviting easily-offended atheist complainers to demand we change the name of the hospital from "St. Luke’s Memorial" to the "Obama Government" hospital,  falsely claiming tax-dollars cannot subsidize religion.  But if St. Luke’s refuses government subsidies, they will be drummed out of business, and Christian doctors’ licenses revoked.
Can a government-run hospital still allow Christian chapels, or pay Christian chaplains, or permit Christian doctors to pray Christian prayers with their willing patients, or even allow Christian parents to cControl the health care options forced upon their dying children?  Just ask Florida Hospital Chaplain Danny Harvey, fired last year from Leesburg Regional Medical Center because he prayed "in Jesus name" at a public memorial service.   Ask Christian Pharmacists who Washington has already forced to dispense "Plan-B" abortion pills against their conscience, or doctors denied a "conscience clause" to opt out of abortions when Obama refused to renew Bush’s pro-life executive orders.  Ask Nurse Catherina Lorena Cenzon-DeCarlo, who recently was forced to participate in a second-trimester abortion against her will, and is now suing Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan for "blatantly" violating her rights under a 35 year old federal law that protects health care workers with religious objections from being forced to assist in murderous abortions.  Ask Pentecostal Ministers Dale and Leilani Neumann, who were charged with second-degree murder of their 11-year-old daughter, because they refused to trust the power of a government hospital to heal their little girl who tragically died with diabetes.  Can you say mandatory godlessness in "health" care?  If government has power to dictate your health care options, they also have power to seize your children when you refuse. Think about it.  Will you dare refuse the H1N1 vaccine when ordered to poison your children?  No religious exemptions for doctors, patients, or parents are readily apparent in the current Obamacare bill.  So take action with me…

So let me summarize Obama’s health care plan:  1) Euthenize grandma and veterans, 2) Mandate funding murder of innocent children, 3) Empower atheist litigants to outlaw the healing power of the Christian faith.

     One lone reporter asked,  "Isn’t that Marxist policy?"  And she was
     banished from the kingdom!
     Then a citizen asked,  "With no foreign relations experience and
     having zero military experience or knowledge, how will deal with
     radical terrorists?"  And "The One" said,  "Simple.  I shall sit with
     them and talk with them and show them how nice we really are; and they
     will forget that they ever wanted to kill us all!"  And the people
     said, "Hallelujah!! We are safe at last, and we can beat our weapons
     into free cars for the people!"
     Then  "The One" said  "I shall give 95% of you lower taxes."  And one,
     lone voice said,  "But 40% of us don’t pay ANY taxes."  So "The One"
     said,  "Then I shall give you some of the taxes the fat-cats pay!"  
     And the people said, "Hallelujah! Show us the money!"
     Then "The One" said,  "I shall tax your Capital Gains when you sell
     your homes!"  And the people yawned and the slumping housing market
     collapsed.  And He said.  "I shall mandate employer-funded health care
     for every worker and raise the minimum wage..  And I shall give every
     person unlimited healthcare and medicine and transportation to the
     clinics."  And the people said, "Give me some of that!"
     Then he said, "I shall penalize employers who ship jobs overseas."  
     And the people said, "Where’s my rebate check?"
     Then "The One" said, "I shall bankrupt the coal industry and
     electricity rates will skyrocket!"  And the people said, "Coal is
     dirty, coal is evil, no more coal! But we don’t care for that part
     about higher electric rates."  So "The One" said, Not to worry..  If
     your rebate isn’t enough to cover your expenses, we shall bail you out.
      Just sign up with the ACORN and you troubles are over!"
     Then He said, "Illegal immigrants feel scorned and slighted.  Let’s
     grant them amnesty, Social Security, free education, free lunches,
     free medical care, bi-lingual signs and guaranteed housing…"  And
     the people said, "Hallelujah!"  and they made him king!
     And so it came to pass that employers, facing spiraling costs and
     ever-higher taxes, raised their prices and laid off workers.  Others
     simply gave up and went out of business and the economy sank like unto
     a rock dropped from a cliff.
     The bank banking industry was destroyed.  Manufacturing slowed to a
     crawl.  And more of the people were without a means of support..
     Then "The One" said,  "I am the "the One"- The Messiah – and I’m here
     to save you!  We shall just print more money so everyone will have
     enough!"  But our foreign trading partners said unto Him. "Wait a
     minute. Your dollar is not worth a pile of camel dung!  You will have
     to pay more…"  And the world said,  "Wait a minute.  That is
     unfair!!"   And the world said,  "Neither are these other idiotic
     programs you have embraced. Lo, you have become a Socialist state and
     a second-rate power.  Now you shall play by our rules!"
     And the people cried out,  "Alas, alas!! What have we done?"  But yea
     verily, it was too late.  The people set upon The One and spat upon
     him and stoned him, and his name was dung.  And the once mighty nation
     was no more;  and the once proud people were without sustenance or
     shelter or hope.  And the Change "The One"  had given them was as like
     unto a poison that had destroyed then and like a whirlwind that
    consumed all that they had built.
     And the people beat their chests in despair and cried out in anguish,
     "give us back our nation and our pride and our hope!!"  But it was too
     late, and their homeland was no more.
     You may think this a fairy tale, but it’s not.
     It’s happening RIGHT  NOW !

I am so glad to finally get a chance to share this with you all. 

With all the speaking out and disagreeing with the Obama healthcare, or with Congressman Brian Baird, kind of had Congressman Brian Baird a little concerned about doing a Town Hall Meeting.  So you had to sign up on a special invitation page.  Submit saying you wanted to attend, a phone conference Town Hall Meeting.

 

 I signed up for the Town Hall with Congressman Brian Baird for August 25th at 11:30 am. Or should I say Phone conference Town Hall. I decided to use my 2nd phone line when signing up for the phone conference. Its  a  little more private and in a more quiet  area so I could focus all my attention on the phone conference.

So the Phone # I used to sign up for the conference, Was a different phone # than the the phone # I used to fill out forms when I email Congressman Brian Baird.

Health Care Reform

 

Already the health care stakeholders, have pledged to do their part to reduce the health care spending growth rate, saving more than two trillion dollars over the next ten years — around $2,500 for each American family. That is the kind of reform we need.

We spend more on health care than any country, but families continue to struggle with skyrocketing premiums and nearly 46 million are without insurance entirely.  Making information available to the uninsured could solve that problem. With Wallmart only charging $4.00 for prescriptions, and with programs like pfizer who has created to help those who cannot afford or are uninsured to be able to receive their prescriptions.

Prevention is awesome! I can agree on Prevention of diseases when it comes to Obama’s Health Care Reform. I just am not a believer in the government stepping in and taking control of our health care system.

If they want to build a health care system, let them build it. Not through the government, go to the public market, use the free enterprise and build your business. Fair & balanced.

Why do they call it Health Care Reform and not Health Insurance Reform.
I believe there is truth in that title Health Care Reform. Obama’s health care reform will be a way to thin out the week, denying tests & prescriptions.
Obama’s plan is going to cut medical costs by cutting medical care.

Deciding on things such as MRI’s Cat scans, antibiotics, and how to deal with chronic pain are being made.  These decisions will not be medical but financial. They will not be based on a doctor’s medical opinion  or of what his or her patient needs. They will base it on  bureaucrat’s and an accountant s opinion of what the new health care system can afford.  No choices.

Preventing illness and disease is an essential component of this Obama’s  health reform.  The Health reform can help stop diseases before they happen. It can make our homes, our communities and our families healthier, safer and stronger.
Believing its time to make preventing illness and disease the foundation of our health care system.  What will the cost be? I am not speaking in dollars, I am talking about the coverage?

85 percent of the money spent on health care goes toward people with at least one chronic condition. While I agree knowledge empowers you, and knowing how to prevent illness is a wonderful concept.  But my doctor already teaches us prevention methods.  You can choose that option yourself. With the power of the internet prevention is a click away.

Obama said that a "health care exchange" would be set up to provide additional options for the uninsured.

"A big part of what led General Motors and Chrysler into trouble," Obama said, "were the huge costs they racked up providing health care for their workers—costs that made them less profitable and less competitive with automakers around the world."

What kind of restrictions will be on this health care reform? How will it affect those on medicare? Medicaid?

How do they plan on controlling costs,,, by limiting your health care. When the government starts "controlling costs," it’s going to have to start controlling the options you have.  Sure Obama’s reform may give you cheaper costs, but what will it really cost? 

 

If the government was serious about reforming health care. They should maybe considered taking the stimulus money and paying social securtiy back. Or maybe investing it into medicare, or medicaid. But that would only be using common sense.  People we do not need the government to step in and take control of another piece of america.

More than 80% of Americans OPPOSE Obama’s Heaalth Care Program.

Currently, Americans don’t pay taxes on employer provided health insurance benefits. Obama’s plan for healthcare will change that.. If you have health insurance through your company, you are about to be taxed on those plans. The Government will require all Americans have health insurance and impose FINES on those who do not.

Obama’s healthcare for criminals.. Illegal immigrants will receive Obama’s healthcare plan.

 

The current Medicare and Medicaid programs are flawed and full of corruption. We all have known that for a while. What will happen when we add another 100 million Americans to the program? Basically that is Obama’s Health Care Plan.

 

Have you ever disagreed with your doctor? With Government controlled heath care it takes the decision making out of the hands of individuals and families and puts it in the hands of politicians in Washington. No more disagreeing, no more free choice.

I soon learned that so many of my own neighbors are not even registered to vote.. “they don’t believe it would matter, that their votes wouldn’t count. • Homosexuals have a right to form meaningful relationships. They do not have a right to redefine marriage for all of us. Marriage is not a special interest!

 

• If Senate Bill 5688 is allowed to stand, Washington will immediately become subject to litigation by same-sex partners demanding the courts overturn our state’s Defense of Marriage Act and impose “same-sex marriage” (as happened recently in California prior to Proposition 8). By signing Referendum 71, we will bring this society changing measure before the people of Washington State and let them make this monumental decision in November.

 

 

• Marriage is between husbands and wives so children can have fathers and mothers. James Dobson says that thousands of studies show that children raised in a family with both a mother and a father are healthier emotionally and physically than those raised in a non-traditional family.

 

• Criminalization of free speech and “anti-bullying” laws follow the legalization of same-sex “marriage”. Pastors beware! The same will happen here in Washington.

 

• If same-sex marriage becomes the law in Washington, public schools K-12 will be forced to teach that same-sex “marriage” and homosexuality are perfectly normal. I really want my efforts to pay off. My blogging, & contacting congress at the least 1 a week. I am Determined to inform others that there just is something wrong here. All the things that God warned us about… Well, our country is trying to do. Somedays I feel like our country has slipped away like sodom & gommorah. Not just that, there is such little regard on what the United States of America was built on. The other thing that really gets me, is our own President. Going against the Constitution.Watching Our Senotors going goo-goo over him. What is wrong with them?

Here is a typical thing that I am talking about. REFERENDUM 71 – Washington state just passed same sex marriages legal. We the people didn’t have a choice in this matter. Not that I am aware of anyways.  Now we all know, that deep inside this is just not Right! We’ll we have an opportunity to reverse that decision. Or at least allow “We The People” to vote on something as serious as this marriage isuue. You see it not only affects this one law, it would redefine our state & how we teach our children. We have already allowed bills & laws to go through that have had a devistating effect on us. Such as taking God out of our schools. Not allowing our children to pray with one another. Not allowing the words Christ or God in our plays, songs at schools.

When we start laughing at Letterman making jokes about a 14 year old girl who getting raped by a New York Yankee third baseman Alex Rodriguez. We need a change allright.

Just by signing the petition, or by requesting a petition, and then asking loved ones, neighbors, or friends to sign it. We can make a difference together.

This is the first time I have ever went out on a limb, to request a petition. To be personally involved. Sure I have signed petitions, and contacted my senators, governor and even Reps… on different issues.

This past year, I have been awakened. The Shocking truth we are being exposed to. Our Government is up to no good. You will have to follow my blog to learn all the hipocritical ways that are deceiving us. “We the People”. 

You found me! I am so glad because I am really tired of being alone on this. Today there is not much of anything to do… This week has ended. But Monday be ready. There will be lots to do.. 

I am just like you.  Well maybe not.. See I am disabled, so I may have a little more time on my hands. I use to work hard, even tried opening a business, a craft mall.  My life got turned upside down, & we lost everything. Including my health. So yes, I understand about being busy & priorities. Michelle Malkin said it best when she introduced the new & improved owners of the Tabacco industry.  Really pisses me off. Who does President Obama think he is.

Just comes into office, starts hiring ZARS. Buying up the companies. In most cases Forcing then to accept the  deals.

Banks,  Mortgage companies, auto industry, Tabacco industry.  Realizing our country is beyond broke. But allowing the government to step in and just take control of companies, that families have started & worked hard their whole life to make successful. That is just wrong.

 

 

The house voting to give Obama the unprecedented power over the tabacco industry. House vote was 307-97. Roll call vote here. 90 Repubs and 7 Dems said no.

 

 

 

The most dramatic anti-smoking initiatives since the U.S. surgeon general’s warning 45 years ago that tobacco causes lung cancer, would give the Food and Drug Administration authority to regulate the content, marketing and advertising of cigarettes and other tobacco products.

The intentions of the democrats is such a good cause. Keeping our children safe. “Doing it for the Children” seems to be one of their best ways to sucker in congress.  They forget that this was an ordinary person, just like you & I. Working hard day after day. Building a business from scratch. Being successful doesn’t mean the government should regulate it.

I have no  problem with the government informing the people if a product is not good for your health.  But they have no right to censor it, set guidelines, or tell a business what they can or cannot do .. Or how to practice their marketing.

They are stepping in as a parent.   The government actually thinks you are not a suitable parent, you don’t know how to tell your children a product can hurt them. 

Yes I have been a smoker for over 35 years. The government stepped in a made it so unaffordable to purchase the product of tobacco.  That only this last Thanksgiving I quit smoking. (Sorry RJ Reynolds)

Wondering how it worked out for my children.  2 of my children smoke & 2 of my children don’t smoke.  Yes, I told them its addicting, its harmful to their bodies.

I tried quitting before, but everyone around me,  all begged me to smoke I became a total Pain  in the rear.  Thanks to Pfizer making Chantix it was so easy to quit smoking.

While the citizens of this country are required by law to give an accounting of every penny they come in contact with, the Federal Reserve has never been held to the same standard. During this time of extreme economic crisis, the people deserve an accounting of where our money is going. Currently there are 207 co-sponsors for this legislation, and it is enjoying bi-partisan support. Your efforts in supporting this important legislation would go a long way in proving to your constituents that you not only hold the Federal Reserve to the same standard as you do your constituents, but it would also show that you believe in transparency. Anything less than support for this resolution suggests that you are in favor of secrecy and a lack of accountability to the people who pay the bills. What is R-71 or REFERENDUM 71

REFERENDUM 71 seems to have alot of people confused.

You see, there is a  group of same sex promoters, that has  SB 5688  going through congress, this is bad legislation for marriage!

10 reasons why you should vote for R-71

The first issue that we have to confront is violent extremism in all of its forms.

The second major source of tension that we need to discuss is the situation between Israelis, Palestinians and the Arab world.

The sixth issue that I want to address is women’s rights.

Finally, I want to discuss economic development and opportunity.

The issues that I have described will not be easy to address. But we have a responsibility to join together on behalf of the world we seek – a world where extremists no longer threaten our people, and American troops have come home; a world where Israelis and Palestinians are each secure in a state of their own, and nuclear energy is used for peaceful purposes; a world where governments serve their citizens, and the rights of all God’s children are respected. Judge Sonia Sotomayor petition

And she’s so biased, that I’ll go out on a limb to predict she won’t be confirmed, for ten reasons:   10) SOTOMAYOR: ADMITS MAKING ACTIVIST POLICY FROM THE BENCH   In a 2005 panel discussion at Duke University, Sotomayor told students that the federal Court of Appeals is where “policy is made.” She said the “Court of Appeals is where policy is made. And I know, and I know, that this is on tape, and I should never say that. Because we don’t ‘make law,’ I know. [audience laughter] Okay, I know. I know. I’m not promoting it, and I’m not advocating it. I’m, you know. [audience laughter] Having said that, the Court of Appeals is where, before the Supreme Court makes the final decision, the law is percolating. Its interpretation, its application.” As a judicial activist, she jokingly admits “making policy” from the bench, based on feelings or empathy or judicial precedent, not laws passed by Congress, and so she assumes the power of legislature, to make policy, legislating from the bench.   9) SOTOMAYOR: PRO-ABORTION-SUPPORTS ROE V. WADE   Although she ruled to uphold the longstanding “Mexico City Policy” which had limited funds for abortions performed overseas (until President Obama struck down that policy, now fully funding abortions overseas with our taxes), Sotomayor stands squarely in the camp of supporting and upholding the Roe v. Wade decision that legalized child killing across America and cost 50,000,000 children their lives.   Furthermore, Rev. Rob Schenck of The National Clergy Council now reports that Sotomayor was or is an active board member of a group called the “Childbirth Connection” that advocates for “reproductive rights of women,” which is generally a code word for abortion on demand, including partial birth abortion, which Sotomayor has never publicly opposed. Since I was born to a single mom who courageously gave me up for adoption, and I was adopted at age three by a Christian family, I’m passionately pro-life. But as a former military distinguished marksman and former captain of my rifle team at a New York State high school, I care about protecting our right to bear arms.   7) SOTOMAYOR: ANTI-TEN COMMANDMENTS, BUT PRO-MUSLIM?   ACLJ Attorney Jay Sekulow said of Sotomayor: “She is left in judicial philosophy, ranges much further left than Justice Ginsburg or Justice Souter . . . I just had a case where the Court was unanimous, it was involving the 10 commandments issue, and the court was unanimous 9 to 0, but I would not expect that if Judge Sotomayor was confirmed, that it would probably have been 8 to 1. She has a very, very strict view of church-state separation, and she was aggressive on this idea of a ‘living constitution.’” Meanwhile she ruled one Muslim prisoner had a right to receive the Eid ul Fitr feast (a Muslim holiday meal) in his prison cell, and another Muslim prisoner had a right to access a Muslim chaplain, which is fine if she treats other faiths equally. But I personally suspect Sotomayor would rule to disallow public prayers offered “in Jesus name” but allow prayers to Allah, just like Obama’s other judicial nominee David Hamilton. (SAVING YOU HOURS OF LABOR!)   6) SOTOMAYOR: SAVIOR OF THE NATIONAL ORGANIZATION OF WOMEN NOW President Kim Gandy quickly endorsed Sotomayor, saying: “This morning we will celebrate, and this afternoon NOW will launch our ‘Confirm Her’ campaign to ensure the swift confirmation of the next Supreme Court Justice.” There’s no way this liberal group would endorse Sotomayor unless she were pro-lesbian and pro-abortion, as Gandy openly advocates on the NOW web-site. 5) SOTOMAYOR: OVERRULED 33 OF 44 VOTES BY SUPREME COURT Sotomayor has had 5 decisions reviewed by the U.S. Supreme Court, 3 of which have been reversed. One of these was her aggressive pro-environmental anti-energy decision, another was her aggressive pro-litigation anti-business decision, which was overturned unanimously. She has carried only 11 of 44 possible votes during those cases. Chief Justice Roberts once stated that her method of reading the statute in question “flies in the face of the statutory language.” Dean Mat Staver of Liberty Law School cites these reasons to oppose Sotomayor, saying, “No one ever expected President Barack Obama to nominate someone who respects the original intent of the Constitution.” 4) SOTOMAYOR: FAVORITISM BY RACE OR GENDER, NOT LAW   Sotomayor told the Berkeley Law School: “Our gender and national origins may and will make a difference in our judging . . .I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experience would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life.” It is no surprise, therefore, she ruled against white Firefighters of New Haven, throwing out the results of a promotion exam because almost no minorities qualified. She denied promotion for the white firefighters who performed well on the exam, and gave minorities who failed the exam favorable consideration toward promotion. Sotomayor promotes aggressive affirmative action, promoting race or gender, not merit. The U.S. Supreme Court reviewed this case in April 2009, and is expected to overturn her again.   3) SOTOMAYOR: FAVORS INTERNATIONAL LAW OVER AMERICAN LAW   Opposing a U.S. Congressional bill that would forbid activist judges from citing international law (instead of applying American law) in their decisions, Sotomayor wrote the controversial introduction for The International Judge, a book that promotes, in her words, “developing an international rule of law and institution-building” and idealizes the “pioneers who work tirelessly to bring these institutions from their incipience to their maturity.” No doubt she will vote with Justice Ginsberg, who believes American judges should sometimes look toward international law rather than the U.S. Constitution. (SAVING YOU HOURS OF LABOR!) 2) SOTOMAYOR: EVEN THE LIBERALS CALL HER A BULLY   Her own former clerk, liberal Jeffrey Rosen, now legal affairs editor for The New Republic, said she has “has an inflated opinion of herself” and is “kind of a bully on the bench.” Another clerk who worked on the 2nd Circuit said she’s: “not that smart and kind of a bully on the bench . . .She has an inflated opinion of herself, and is domineering during oral arguments, but her questions aren’t penetrating and don’t get to the heart of the issue.”   1) SOTOMAYOR: BASEBALL BIAS FOR NEW YORK YANKEES!   As a native of South Bronx, Sotomayor’s hidden home-town bias became manifest in her love for the New York Yankees, judicially favoring her “Bronx Bombers” over teams from all other cities. No kidding! When ruling to end the 1995 baseball strike, she sided with the player’s union against team owners (who sought parity among all teams with an talent-sharing salary cap). Instead Sotomayor created bias in favor of rich teams who can afford to buy up all the good free agents. So when the New York Yankees hogged 4 titles and 6 pennants in the 8 years after her ruling, with payrolls averaging three times most other team salaries, you can blame Sotomayor for creating that competitive imbalance. I understand why Yankees fans might celebrate her promotion to the Supreme Court, but baseball fans from all other cities should complain loudly against her confirmation!   WHY DID SEVEN REPUBLICANS VOTE FOR HER?   In 1991, President George H.W. Bush was forced to pick Sotomayor, in a back-room deal manipulated by powerful New York Senator Patrick Moynihan, but Bush Sr. likely regrets this just like he later regretted nominating Justice Souter. In 1998, Sotomayor was barely confirmed to the 2nd Circuit Court under Bill Clinton, but only seven current 2009 Republicans voted for Sotomayor then: Susan Collins (R-Maine), Olympia Snowe (R-Maine) Judd Gregg (R-N.H.), Thad Cochran (R-Miss.), Richard Lugar (R-Ind.), Orrin Hatch (R-Utah), Robert Bennett (R-Utah). They were misled into joining all Democrats to push Sotomayor through by a vote of 68-28. Perhaps you might call these 7 Republicans (and all Southern Democrats, and both Penn. Democrats Specter and Casey, and Sen. Ben Nelson, D-Neb.) at 202-225-3121 and ask them to OPPOSE AND FILIBUSTER Judge Sotomayor.   But remember, 100 emails = 10 phone calls = 1 fax in political capital, since the Senate staffers must handle each paper and usually write a reply.
