Someone DID read the entire House Bill 3200:

The Affordable Health Care Choices Act of 2009 From Michael Connelly – Retired attorney, Constitutional Law Instructor, Carrollton , Texas Well, I have done it! I have read the entire text of proposed House Bill 3200: The Affordable Health Care Choices Act of 2009.

I studied it with particular emphasis from my area of expertise, constitutional law.. I was frankly concerned that parts of the proposed law that were being discussed might be unconstitutional.

What I found was far worse than what I had heard or expected. To begin with, much of what has been said about the law and its implications is in fact true, despite what the Democrats and the media are saying.

The law does provide for rationing of health care, particularly where senior citizens and other classes of citizens are involved, free health care for illegal immigrants, free abortion services, and probably forced participation in abortions by members of the medical profession.

The Bill will also eventually force private insurance companies out of business and put everyone into a government run system. All decisions about personal health care will ultimately be made by federal bureaucrats and most of them will not be health care professionals. Hospital admissions, payments to physicians, and allocations of necessary medical devices will be strictly controlled.

However, as scary as all of that it, it just scratches the surface. In fact, I have concluded that this legislation really has no intention of providing affordable health care choices. Instead it is a convenient cover for the most massive transfer of power to the Executive Branch of government that has ever occurred, or even been contemplated.

If this law or a similar one is adopted, major portions of the Constitution of the United States will effectively have been destroyed. The first thing to go will be the masterfully crafted balance of power between the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches of the U.S. Government.  The Congress will be transferring to the Obama Administration authority in a number of different areas over the lives of the American people and the businesses they own.

The irony is that the Congress doesn’t have any authority to legislate in most of those areas to begin with. I defy anyone to read the text of the U.S. Constitution and find any authority granted to the members of Congress to regulate health care.

This legislation also provides for access by the appointees of the Obama administration of all of your personal healthcare information, your personal financial information, and the information of your employer, physician, and hospital. All of this is a direct violation of the specific provisions of the 4th Amendment to the Constitution protecting against unreasonable searches and seizures.

You can also forget about the right to privacy. That will have been legislated into oblivion regardless of what the 3rd and 4th Amendments may provide. If you decide not to have healthcare insurance or if you have private insurance that is not deemed “acceptable” to the “Health Choices Administrator” appointed by Obama there will be a tax imposed on you.

It is called a “tax” instead of a fine because of the intent to avoid application of the due process clause of the 5th Amendment. However, that doesn’t work because since there is nothing in the law that allows you to contest or appeal the imposition of the tax, it is definitely depriving someone of property without the “due process of law.

So, there are three of those pesky amendments that the far left hate so much out the original ten in the Bill of Rights that are effectively nullified by this law. It doesn’t stop there though.

The 9th Amendment that provides: “The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people;”

The 10th Amendment states: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are preserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

Under the provisions of this piece of Congressional handiwork neither the people nor the states are going to have any rights or powers at all in many areas that once were theirs to control. I could write many more pages about this legislation, but I think you get the idea.

This is not about health care; it is about seizing power and limiting rights. Article 6 of the Constitution requires the members of both houses of Congress to “be bound by oath or affirmation” to support the Constitution. If I was a member of Congress I would not be able to vote for this legislation or anything like it without feeling I was violating that sacred oath or affirmation. If I voted for it anyway I would hope the American people would hold me accountable. For those who might doubt the nature of this threat I suggest they consult the source.

With a deficit of nearly $3 billion for Washington State. The Free Obama money not going to be spread anymore. Funding time is over.  Our states future really depends on you!

Priorities need to be set. Like any business and yes the state is just like a business. It must be fiscally responsible. Washington State is going to have to make cuts. No longer be friblious spenders. The economy has already taken its toll on small business, big business and causing our taxes to go up even more.  The local constitutuents need to speak out.

There has to be cuts. Perhaps trips to the Copenhagen for the climate change should have been canceled. Or maybe just a few flowers should not have been purchased.  This big push from Governor Gregoire  to add electric outlets to the work already being done on the I-5 corridor is absolutely ridiculous. Ecspecailly since we have recently heard that climate change is a farse! Has been exposed.

Its sad but I read today that The Government is Washington States Largest Business.
All I can do is plead with you, to contact Governor Gregoire, and your state reps. Let them know you don’t want no more tax increases, in any shape or form. That  now is not the time for implementing climate change theories. That now is the time for fiscal responsibility.

We can together make a difference. Let your voice be heard. Our land taxes have already been affected, the states Basic Health has doubled. Do you really want another tax? An income tax? More costly legislation?

On the heels of the governor’s return from the Copenhagen climate change summit, expect another push for hefty environmental regulations that will be sold to the public in the form of “creating green jobs.” What you won’t hear is how many other jobs will be sacrificed and what it will cost the public.  Already pre-filed for introduction is House Bill 2416, which includes the California-conceived regulations that ban “energy-guzzling televisions,” starting in 2011.

Taxes on the Rise

 

This list of tax increases  includes taxes in the bill passed by the House of Representatives, the bill the Senate is currently debating, and other taxes mentioned as a possible way to pay for health care reform.

I felt it important to show just a few of these tax increases that people need to be informed of.   Like the one that Starts in Dec. for those who are poor, disabled or unemployed and lost their insurance benefits.  That’s right The cost of the Basic Health Plan will nearly Double in Dec.

Those of you of you who think You won’t be affected by these taxes. Guess AGAIN! With unemployment only gaining momentum, more layoffs every day.  Unemployment funding eventually will run out. When you can’t afford your healthcare insurance coverage, and have to get reduced rates, through the state.  You will be thinking twice.  

Maria Cantwell is claiming bragging rights, Using the Washington State Basic Health Program as the model.  She doesn’t bother to state on her webpage, that the prices for Basic Health will double in DEC.  That the states 20 year record of reducing costs is about to get a wammy!

As she Address the public on her webpage. You will note that the Healthcare issues are like Twice the Size of her normal text. 

“Basic Health Plan:

Gives states the ability to negotiate directly with health insurers to provide high quality health care coverage at a lower cost.  Rather than handing tax subsidies to insurance companies,  Cantwell’s amendment directs money to the states, and lets them use their purchasing power to negotiate with private insurance carriers. The measure is modeled after Washington state’s Basic Health Plan, which has a 20-year track record of reducing costs and providing quality care.”

Note to self  “ Gives STATES the ability….hmmm… Now this so called Reform.  Takes away the STATES ability. hmmmm… 

I think of  Real reform as would have been to make an offer to the health insurance companies a $3 Million tax break, like the one offered to Boeing.  

Instead these are the just some of the things we have to look forward to.

• An income surtax on taxpayers earning more than $500,000 a year
• An excise tax on high-cost “Cadillac” health insurance plans that cost more than $8,500 a year for individuals or $21,000 for families,[2]
• An excise tax on medical devices such as wheelchairs, breast pumps, and syringes used by diabetics for insulin injections,[3]
• A cap on the exclusion of employer-provided health insurance without offsetting tax cuts,[4]
• A limit on itemized deductions for taxpayers with a top income tax rate greater than 28 percent,[5]
• A windfall profits tax on health insurance companies,[6]
• A value-added tax, which would tax the value added to a product at each stage of production,[7]
• An increase in the Medicare portion of the payroll tax to 3.4 percent for incomes great than $200,000 a year ($250,000 for married filers),[8]
• An excise tax on sugar-sweetened beverages including non-diet soda and sports drinks,[9]
• Higher taxes on alcoholic beverages including beer, wine, and spirits,[10]
• A tax on individuals without acceptable health care coverage of up to 2.5 percent of their adjusted gross income,[11]
• A limit on contributions to health savings accounts,[12]
• An 8 percent tax on all wages paid by employers that do not provide their employees health insurance that satisfies the requirements defined by the Secretary of Health and Human Services,[13]
• A limit on contributions to flexible spending arrangements,[14]
• Elimination of the deduction for expenses associated with Medicare Part D subsidies,[15]
• An increase in taxes on international businesses,[16]
• Elimination of the tax credits paper companies take for biofuels they create in their production process–the so-called “Black Liquor credit,”[17]
• Fees on insured and self-insured health plans,[18]
• A limit or repeal of the itemized deduction for medical expenses,[19]
• A limit on the Qualified Medical Expense definition,[20]
• An increase in the payroll taxes on students,[21]
• An extension of the Medicare payroll tax to all state and local government employees,[22] //
• An increase in taxes on hospitals,[23]
• An increase in the estate tax,[24]
• Increased efforts to close the mythical “tax gap,”[25]
• A 5 percent tax on cosmetic surgery and similar procedures such as Botox treatments, tummy tucks, and face lifts,[26]
• A tax on drug companies,[27]
• An increase in the corporate tax on providers of health insurance,[28] and
• A $500,000 deduction limitation for the compensation paid by health insurance companies to their officers, employees, and directors.[29]

These taxes are not just for the State of Washington, but for all states but One.  Why does that one not have to participate?  Hmmm…

Patty Murray urging others to take control

Yes Patty Murray is Urging others to Take Control of Our HealthCare.
This is just another Power GRAB! Banks, Housing, Auto Industry, and Now
Health Care.

This is totally against the Constitution. No where in the Constitution does it give
the Power to the Government to Force someone to Purchace a product from the
Government!

More Government is not the answer. These same senators that are claiming
the Insurance Companies are “Cherry Picking” are the ones who wrote the
rules for theese “cherry Picking insurance companies” They could offer tax
Breaks for these companies ..???

Speaking of Rules, yah, your out of work, need to go look for work but you can’t pay your car insurance, your broke. Scrape up a little change to get a loaf of bread, and you think oh it will be ok just this one time. So off to the store to get a loaf of bread. And here is a big fat ticket.. “NO INSURANCE”

The same laws apply in this healthcare bill be aware you will be charged a fine, for paying cash or for not carrying healthcare insurance. Jail time will precede… if not paid.. Open up the concentration camps, why not?

The idea is to force the state to raise their taxes to cover a big part of the healthcare bill for treating poor people.  Since the Feds can simply charge any increase in spending to their already overdrawn bank account, but the states have to balance their budgets.

Where is the Surplus?
The increased state spending for Medicaid will cause sharp increases in state taxes. On Businesses and the people of the state. They have to get the money from somewhere. The over spending has to stop at some point. Or maybe you would enjoy going back to   1909.
And the Governors will get the blame, not Obama and not the Congress.
What do you bet Gov. Gregoire doesn’t run next election..

After narrowly passing the House during a late Saturday evening vote, Nancy Pelosi’s 1,990-page ObamaCare bill — complete with over 1,000 references to “taxes,” “regulations” and other government-takeover key words now moves on to the Senate where it is expected that Harry Reid will cherry-pick the most outrageously liberal elements of the bill for his Senate version—pushing the projected cost past the anticipated $3 trillion over the next decade.

And to think of the medicare cuts proposed in this bill.  Makes me sick. Shame on you all for ignoring the constitution, No where does it allow the Government to FORCE people to purchace a product. Fine them and place them in jail for not compling. Better build concentration camps, to hold all those who rebel against this bill. If you haven’t already. Which wouldn’t surprise me.

As a concerned citizen, I oppose any and all efforts to further expand government control over the U.S. healthcare and insurance system. Specifically, I oppose the so-called “Public Option” proposals — the “Affordable Health Choices Act” and other similar bills — which amount to government-run, socialized health care that will impose massive taxes on the American people.

Like most Americans, I prefer getting my health coverage through private insurance rather than the federal government.
That’s because government healthcare always results in higher costs and rationing.
 I do not want politicians and bureaucrats dictating the health care and insurance decisions of myself and my employer. Especially in these difficult economic times, I flatly reject any new government healthcare plan that imposes new taxes or burdens on individuals or businesses.
Please Do Not vote on even discussing the healthcare bill.

“Congressman Brian Baird’s Statement Regarding H.R. 3962 –

The Affordable Health Care for America Act Washington, D.C.- I strongly believe there is a need for health care reform and I have offered my own proposal for how this should be accomplished. The bill before the House is a result of thousands of hours of effort put in by members of Congress and their staff, plus the unprecedented input from the public on all sides of this issue. Clearly, people care about how we deliver and pay for health care in this country and there is a need and opportunity for change. In comparison to the initial draft of H.R. 3200, a number of improvements have been made. To name just a few, the current bill would allow negotiations for prescription drugs under Medicare D, promote alternatives to malpractice litigation, and allow for cross state agreements to purchase cross state insurance (something especially relevant to border districts such as my own). There are also elements that could at long last correct the Medicare payment disparities that disadvantage our state, and the bill would end the anti-trust exemption long enjoyed by insurance companies. All of those changes are commendable, but there are still reasons for concern. The most important of these is the simple fact that we do not yet have reliable estimates of how this legislation will impact the premiums paid by people who already have insurance. This week I spoke with Nancy-Ann DeParle, the President’s chief health advisor and Doug Elmendorf, the director of the Congressional Budget Office (CBO). Although some prominent economists have asserted that premiums on average may go down relative to what they would be without this bill, the CBO has yet to complete its analysis of the issue. Furthermore, just yesterday, the chief actuary for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) said he did not think a cost estimate of the House bill would be available before the scheduled vote. This is no small matter. To insist that members vote on this legislation without having cost estimates of Medicare and Medicaid impacts by CMS or an estimate of premium impacts from the CBO seems premature and unwise. Precisely because this matter is so important, it is critical that we do things right, and know what we are doing. At present, unfortunately, I do not believe we have answers to fundamental questions. Another troubling matter is how the legislation will be brought to a vote. As of this writing, only one amendment will be allowed from the Republican side. No other amendments, by either the majority or minority members, will be allowed. I believe that is a mistake. For a matter of this importance, and on which reasonable people can and do disagree, there ought to be more opportunity granted for amendments on both sides. For these reasons, until more information is available on premium estimates and Medicare impacts, I will vote against the legislation in its current form. I will wait to make a decision on final legislation until this critical information becomes available and when the House and Senate together produce one bill.”

Dear Congressman Brian Baird,

I understand the fact that voting on a bill that has No factual estimated costs, is just not a good choice. I also agree with you on the issue of that there needs to be bipartism.

The idea of government taking control of our health industry. Is so far from the constitution. Be assured, I believe no matter what the costs would be, Constitutionally YOU nor the Government has the right to tell me what to buy and what not to buy.

You are suppose to be protecting “The Constitution” for “We The People”. You are suppose to be Protecting us from things that are against the constitution.

The Carbon Tax (or National Energy Tax) is even worse than we
imagined…

Henry Waxman is patting himself on the back because he
has worked out a so-called “compromise” that “gives away”
some of the CO2 allowances…

But it’s a “deal with the devil”!

For example, the auto industry will be “given” CO2 allowances
in exchange for producing “green” automobiles.

First of all, what right does the government have to take
control over the air and then “give away” so-called “allowances”
to manipulate our national economy?

Then to make matters worse, the government is simply using its
expanded power for liberal social programming! They will use
the Carbon Tax to reward “greenies” and punish those who do
not play by the rules of the environmental extremists.

And YOU and I are going to pay — $3,100 each and every year –
to fund their radical agenda! And if we don’t play by the new
“green” rules, we will be punished even more!

Rep. Joe Barton has called the Carbon Tax “unilateral economic
disarmament of the U.S. economy,” and he is right.

As I noted to you earlier, Obama and the Democrats are pushing

Washington States Senator Maria Cantell has been in a big hurry to use Washington states Basic Health Care system, as a prime example of how the Public Option would  work. What she didn ‘t tell you is Govenor Gregoire is planning on eliminating the Basic Health Program.

Seems as though 65,000 people are no longer going to get state healthcare, but will be eligible for Federal Health Care.
Looks like Gov. Gregoire proposes supplemental budget to close $2.6 billion shortfall!
What happened to the surplus there Gov. Gregoire?

I know a lot of you don’t know how to look things up. So I have copied the following budget PDF file for you to view that came from the Gov website.
“Eliminate the Basic Health Program, which provides health care coverage for approximately 65,000 individuals. ($160.6 million General Fund-State)
Eliminate the General Assistance Unemployable Medical Services program, which provides health care for approximately 20,000 individuals. ($118.9 million GF-S)
Eliminate early intervention and direct client services for 2,500 HIV and HIV-vulnerable clients. ($10.5 million GF-S)
Reduce eligibility for the Apple Health program from 300 percent of the federal poverty level to less than 205 percent of the federal poverty level, which eliminates health care coverage for 16,000
low-income children. ($11.6 million GF-S)
Suspend the non-medical maternity support program, which serves more than 50,000 high-risk pregnant women with childbirth education and nutrition services. ($28 million GF-S)
Suspend non-emergent adult dental services, which are provided to more than 120,000 clients per year. ($13.9 million GF-S)

Yes Patty Murray is Urging others to Take Control of Our HealthCare. This is just another Power GRAB! Banks, Housing, Auto Industry, and Now Health Care. This is totally against the Constitution. No where in the Constitution does it give the Power to the Government to Force someone to Purchace a product from the Government! More Government is not the answer. These same senators that are claiming the Insurance Companies are "Cherry Picking" are the ones who wrote the rules for theese "cherry Picking insurance companies" They could offer tax Breaks for these companies ..??? 10 Thousand emails sharing their stories. Senator Murray forgets she was asked NOT To pass this Healthcare Bill, NOT TO allow the Government GRAB! That the reason we are suffering is too much Government Control. When they set the all rules to play buy.we say  Loosen up on the RULES! Not make more Rules. Speaking of Rules, yah, your out of work, need to go look for work but you can’t pay your car insurance, your broke. Scrape up a little change to get a loaf of bread, and you think oh it will be ok just this one time. So off to the store to get a loaf of bread. And here is a big fat ticket.. "NO INSURANCE" The same laws apply in this healthcare bill be aware you will be charged a fine, for paying cash or for not carrying healthcare insurance. Jail time will precede… if not paid.. Open up the concentration camps, why not? The idea is to force the state to raise their taxes to cover a big part of the healthcare bill for treating poor people.  Since the Feds can simply charge any increase in spending to their already overdrawn bank account, but the states have to balance their budgets.  Didn’t Govenor Gregoire last campaign state Washington state had a SURPLUS? Good thing to, Where is the Surplus? The increased state spending for Medicaid will cause sharp increases in state taxes. On Businesses and the people of the state. They have to get the money from somewhere. The over spending has to stop at some point. Or maybe you would enjoy going back to  1909.

And the Governors will get the blame, not Obama and not the Congress. What do you bet Gov. Gregoire doesn’t run next election.. Contact your senator today… Tell them No! We just can’t afford it..

After narrowly passing the House during a late Saturday evening vote, Nancy Pelosi’s 1,990-page ObamaCare bill — complete with over 1,000 references to “taxes,” “regulations” and other government-takeover key words now moves on to the Senate where it is expected that Harry Reid will cherry-pick the most outrageously liberal elements of the bill for his Senate version—pushing the projected cost past the anticipated $3 trillion over the next decade. And to think of the medicare cuts proposed in this bill.  Makes me sick. Shame on you all for ignoring the constitution, No where does it allow the Government to FORCE people to purchace a product. Fine them and place them in jail for not compling. Better build concentration camps, to hold all those who rebel against this bill. If you haven’t already. Which wouldn’t surprise me. As a concerned citizen, I oppose any and all efforts to further expand government control over the U.S. healthcare and insurance system. Specifically, I oppose the so-called “Public Option” proposals — the “Affordable Health Choices Act” and other similar bills — which amount to government-run, socialized health care that will impose massive taxes on the American people. Like most Americans, I prefer getting my health coverage through private insurance rather than the federal government. That’s because government healthcare always results in higher costs and rationing.  I do not want politicians and bureaucrats dictating the health care and insurance decisions of myself and my employer. Especially in these difficult economic times, I flatly reject any new government healthcare plan that imposes new taxes or burdens on individuals or businesses. Please Do Not vote on even discussing the healthcare bill.

Could it be that all those emails and faxes to her about the concerns of over spending, to much government taking over to many sectors in the financial sector, and the radical Administration and all those unvetted Czars, have maybe made her rethink the agenda of this administration?

Of course we don’t want to forget the facts, she was on the Healthcare committee. Her agenda is still big government. She is all for Government run Healthcare. It’s not very often I agree with with any of my reps for Washington State. On Geitner issue. Politics as usual. We can agree. On asking him to step down, I don’t think he should have been in there in the First Place. So throw his a** out! Once again this is where Senator Cantwell and I see differently.
"If the Treasury secretary doesn’t come down hard against these loopholes and advocate for closing them, we’re going to have a hard time closing them in Congress," Cantwell said. "So the Treasury secretary is dodging the issue."
Update, 2:40 p.m.: A spokeswoman for Cantwell says the senator is not willing to go so far as to call for Geithner to step down at this point.

Sometimes having insomnia has its blessings!

Like laying in bed listening to some of the best Radio Talk show hosts, on Serius Radio.  The Patriot!  Raido Talk Hosts like Sean Hannity, Mike Church,  and of course Andrew Wilkow.  There are times where I perfer to stay awake all night. I learn so much from these guys. If you are a Glenn Beck  fan You will absolutely love these guys!  I tell yah, if you don’t have serius Radio You are missing out…

This information came from Mike Church’s Website.   as he has stated last night, he had the information out and available.  The Dems are out of control.. What are we at 32 CZARs? or is it 35 CZARs?  They are taking us down a road that is not good.. Kind of reminds me of those old hitler movies..

When the president can’t see that ”We The People”  just don’t want more government control. Thinks we are the ones uninformed. NO we just don’t want to CONFORM!

Well President Obama needs to reed this bill HR 3200. I still would absolutely NOT want this bill, even if you cut all these out of the bill.

We want the banks, auto comapanies,  to go back to the Private Sector.  We believe in the Private Sector,in the  Free Market. We want the senate & congress audited. We want the FEDs audited.  We want to fire YOU ALL!

Puttting ALL the money back into Socail Securtiy that were stolen, or borrowed without asking.. We want those who have been in office that overspent on the budget to

• Sec. 152, Pg. 50-51 – HC will be provided to ALL NON-US citizens.

• Sec. 1131, Pg. 265 – Government mandates and controls productivity for private HC industries. “Incorporating Productivity Improvements into Market Basket Updates that Do Not Already Incorporate Such Improvements.” 
• Sec. 1251 (beginning), Pg. 634 to 652 – “Physician Payments Sunshine Provision” – government wants to shine sunlight on Doctors, but not government. “Reports on financial relationships between manufacturers and distributors . . . and between physicians and other health care entities.”

WSJ:  Obama and Shinseki now pressuring Veterans toward Euthanasia

The Wall Street Journal just published a shocking editorial written by a respected University President, confirming the Obama Administration is now using VA hospitals to order doctors to pressure all military veterans to sign "pull the plug" do-not-resuscitate orders, hastening their premature deaths through mandatory "end of life" counseling. 

President Jim Towey of Saint Vincent’s College, founder of the non-profit "Aging With Dignity" and former White House Director of faith based initiatives, wrote a blistering expose entitled "The Death Book For Veterans," revealing President Obama’s new Veterans Administration (VA) directive, presumably signed by VA Secretary, General (ret.) Eric Shinseki, which mandates all veterans’ primary care physicians must graphically discuss "end of life planning" with all VA patients (not merely those nearing death), and must refer them to "Your Life, Your Choices," a book that openly encourages Euthanasia and was written with guidance from the group formerly known as the Hemlock Society. That same pro-suicide group now boasts on their web-site of directly leading the charge to ensure "end of life counseling" is mandated in the Obamacare bill, HR 3200. 

On page 21 of the Shinseki-mandated Veteran’s Euthanasia book, all military veterans are encouraged to complete a checklist of various scenarios, to decide whether their own life would be "not worth living."  For example, the booklet asks veterans 7 questions pressuring veterans to sign a "living will" that authorizes doctors to terminate your life, if you are:

1) Living in a nursing home?

2) Being in a wheelchair?

3) Not able to "shake the blues?"

4) Ever heard anyone say, "If I’m a vegetable, pull the plug?"

5) No longer able to contribute to your family’s well-being? 

6) Are you a severe financial burden to your family?

7) Do you cause severe emotional burden for your family?

"This hurry-up-and-die message is clear and unconscionable," says Towey, "Worse, a July 2009 VA directive [presumably signed by Shinseki] instructs its primary care physicians to raise advance care planning with all VA patients and to refer them to ‘Your Life, Your Choices.’ [the Euthanasia booklet.]  Not just those of advanced age and debilitated condition-all patients. America’s 24 million veterans deserve better."  Towey recommends a "five wishes" living-will document that does not pressure suicide.

But instead the Hemlock Society booklet is now MANDATED for doctor referral to all patients in all VA hospitals, heaping more evidence upon the growing list of proofs that the Obama Administration is LYING TO THE PUBLIC by denying their health care plan pushes Euthanasia on the elderly. They already do it today.  Just imagine if ALL hospitals become government-run like the VA.

OBAMA ACCUSES HIMSELF AND FELLOW DEMOCRATS OF LYING

Obama held a conference call with reportedly 140,000 members of the "religious left" and accused himself of lying, saying that anybody who claims his health care plan funds abortion violates Exodus 20:16, "thou shalt not bear false witness."  But Obama knows his fellow Democrats supported the Capps Amendment to HR 3200 funding abortions through an accounting-scheme, and defeated pro-life amendments prohibiting abortion funding. On July 17, 2007, Obama himself told Planned Parenthood, "in my mind, reproductive care [abortion] is at the center and at the heart of the plan that I propose. [My] plan…will provide…reproductive services [abortion]."  It now appears Obama is calling himself a liar, since he personally believes his own plan must contain funding for abortion. 

Obama further accused as "bearing false witness" anyone who claims his plan will result in "death panels" that ration care to the young at the expense of the elderly.  That must first include his own Democrat White House Health Policy Advisor, Ezekiel Emanuel. 

In an article entiled "Deadly Doctors," The New York Post just confirmed from Democrat Emanuel’s own writings, the White House plan prefers "communitarianism" which should guide decisions on who gets care. Emanuel says medical care should be reserved for the non-disabled, not given to those "who are irreversibly prevented from being or becoming participating citizens . . . An obvious example is not guaranteeing health services to patients with dementia" (JAMA, Feb. 27, 2008).  NY Post’s translation: "Don’t give much care to a grandmother with Parkinson’s or a child with cerebral palsy."  Grandma’s memory slipping?  Obama’s Death Panel convenes to de-fund her care.  Emanuel said so, read his quote again, confirming Sarah Palin and Newt Gingrich were right after all.
Emanuel explicitly defends discrimination against older patients: "Unlike allocation by sex or race, allocation by age is not invidious discrimination; every person lives through different life stages rather than being a single age. Even if 25-year-olds receive priority over 65-year-olds, everyone who is 65 years now was previously 25 years" (Lancet, Jan. 31).   EXCUSE ME?  Obamacare funds 25 year olds, but excludes 65 year olds? RATIONING, DEATH PANELS, SMOKING GUN.  Don’t accuse conservatives of bearing false witness, Mr. Obama, until you first accuse your own Health Policy Advisor.

This quote is direct proof that Obama’s COMMUNITARIANISM (like Socialism only bigger, on steroids, like Communism), favors treating the young at the expense of the old.

1) More Proof EUTHANASIA is pushed by Obama’s socialist government "health" care.

President Obama had been confronted by a North Carolina woman asking if "everyone that’s Medicare age will be visited and told they have to decide how they wish to die." 

In response Obama joked morbidly about euthanasia, that he hadn’t yet hired enough bureaucrats to conduct such an operation, yet he could not deny the New York Post’s discovery the House bill "compels seniors to submit to a counseling session every five years (and more often if they become sick or go into a nursing home) about alternatives for end-of-life care" (pages 425-430).  In other words, your grandmother will be told, when insufficient resources are rationed to young people, that her duty to die begins with mandatory "end-of-life counseling," or as Obama explained, "encourage the use of living wills" that terminate otherwise salvageable lives prematurely through signed "do not resuscitate" (DNR) legal releases that authorize "pulling the plug" on Grandma. 

The White House made a quick video to refute claims of euthanasia in the health care bill, but interestingly they deleted Obama’s quote about living wills, and AARP sent emails claiming rumors about euthanasia in the bill were generated by conspiracy theorists.  But then a respected bioethicist wrote a scathing editorial in the Washington Post, confirming that euthanasia is initiated by the government in the bill. Lane writes:
"Consultations envisioned in Section 1233 aren’t quite ‘purely voluntary.’  To me, ‘purely voluntary’ means ‘not unless the patient requests one.’ Section 1233, however, lets doctors initiate the chat and gives them an incentive — money — to do so. Indeed, that’s an incentive to insist.  Patients may refuse without penalty, but many will bow to white-coated authority. Once they’re in the meeting, the bill does permit ‘formulation’ of a plug-pulling order right then and there."
Lane agrees the legislation mandates the doctor ’shall’ discuss living wills and durable powers of attorney, and their uses:  "Section 1233 goes beyond facilitating doctor input to preferring it. Indeed, the measure would have an interested party — the government — recruit doctors to sell the elderly on living wills, hospice care and their associated providers, professions and organizations.  You don’t have to be a right-wing wacko to question that approach" says the Washington Post.

Bankrupt state can’t afford to pay for grandma’s hip replacement?  Obama’s plan turns her doctor into a lawyer, paid by Uncle Sam to persuade her to sign a DNR, explaining her hastened duty to die, and obtaining her signature legally absolving him of all guilt. Lane says he personally has a living will, but doctors shouldn’t be paid extra by the government to push them on seniors.  Euthanasia begins when socialism replaces capitalism.
AARP LYING TO SENIORS TO PROFIT FROM OBAMACARE?
The seniors advocacy group AARP defended Obamacare, stating in emails to seniors:  "FACT #3: There is no provision of any piece of legislation that would promote euthanasia of any kind. The rumors out there are flat out lies…It is not mandatory and it has nothing to do with euthanasia."  But since the House bill includes the legal term "shall," the Dean of Liberty University School of Law Mat Staver disagrees.  "I just went back and re-read the bill. The end-of-life counseling is mandatory and there is a 5 year requirement that it must occur every 5 years. The bill is on our website and people can read it for themselves. It is not new that AARP favors killing their own members. They…do not have the best interests of their members in mind."  
Attorney Matt Barber of Liberty Counsel had stronger words.  "AARP is lying. See pages 424, 425 and 426 of HR 3200. The government ‘consultation’ that seniors ’shall’ get if they have ‘not had such a consultation within the last 5 years’ is clearly designed to encourage them to get out of the way and to just go ahead and die already."  
Widely respected Minister Rick Joyner wrote, after reviewing Mat Staver’s detailed analysis of H.R. 3200 "Health" care bill, voicing his strong opinion that this bill "is about euthanasia, the power to determine who lives or dies in America. Hitler and Stalin would have loved to have had a means such as this for dispatching the millions they killed-it would have made their job much easier, and probably given them the ability to kill many more than they did. THIS BILL IS THAT SINISTER. This is not a joke."

2) Tax-payer funded ABORTION on demand is another guaranteed result.  
Last week several so-called "pro-life Democrats" executed a bait and switch that will fully fund abortion on demand in the new Obamacare "health" bill.  Led by compromiser and ex-pro-life Congressman Tim Ryan (D-OH), who was recently booted as an advisor to Democrats for Life of America for his lack of principle, the liberal House Democrats  overruled conservative Republicans 30-28 to pass the hideous "Capps Amendment" to H.R.3200 in the Energy and Commerce Committee.  This amendment now deceptively creates a phony accounting scheme that gives the false impression your tax-payer dollars will not subsidize abortion, while it simultaneously nationalizes free abortions for low-income urban neighborhoods, fulfilling the dream of Margaret Sanger (and her protege Ruth Bader Ginsburg) that African American babies will be the first exterminated in the government funded ovens that weed out "Populations that we don’t want to have too many of." 
Rep. Chris Smith (R-NJ) explained the Capps Amendment: "It’s one of the most deceptive amendments I have ever seen.  The bottom line is that money is fungible, and the plan itself will be subsidizing abortion-on-demand, with taxpayer funding commingled, and the numbers of abortions will go up significantly."

3) Obama will REMOVE Christian prayers and symbols from Government-run hospitals
The hostile socialist government takeover of Catholic or Christian hospitals will eventually result in atheistic silencing of religious expression (and removing all Christian symbols) from the very place where faith in God is critical to sick and dying patients.  For example, look at the Veterans Hospitals, already government-run, who are busy removing crosses and Christian symbols from their chapels (like in Iowa), because easily-offended atheist complainers have successfully intimidated hospital administrators with threats of lawsuit, by demanding separation of church and state.  Just imagine more atheist lawsuits, when all Catholic and Christian hospitals are seized in the same way Obama took control of General Motors, inviting easily-offended atheist complainers to demand we change the name of the hospital from "St. Luke’s Memorial" to the "Obama Government" hospital,  falsely claiming tax-dollars cannot subsidize religion.  But if St. Luke’s refuses government subsidies, they will be drummed out of business, and Christian doctors’ licenses revoked.
Can a government-run hospital still allow Christian chapels, or pay Christian chaplains, or permit Christian doctors to pray Christian prayers with their willing patients, or even allow Christian parents to cControl the health care options forced upon their dying children?  Just ask Florida Hospital Chaplain Danny Harvey, fired last year from Leesburg Regional Medical Center because he prayed "in Jesus name" at a public memorial service.   Ask Christian Pharmacists who Washington has already forced to dispense "Plan-B" abortion pills against their conscience, or doctors denied a "conscience clause" to opt out of abortions when Obama refused to renew Bush’s pro-life executive orders.  Ask Nurse Catherina Lorena Cenzon-DeCarlo, who recently was forced to participate in a second-trimester abortion against her will, and is now suing Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan for "blatantly" violating her rights under a 35 year old federal law that protects health care workers with religious objections from being forced to assist in murderous abortions.  Ask Pentecostal Ministers Dale and Leilani Neumann, who were charged with second-degree murder of their 11-year-old daughter, because they refused to trust the power of a government hospital to heal their little girl who tragically died with diabetes.  Can you say mandatory godlessness in "health" care?  If government has power to dictate your health care options, they also have power to seize your children when you refuse. Think about it.  Will you dare refuse the H1N1 vaccine when ordered to poison your children?  No religious exemptions for doctors, patients, or parents are readily apparent in the current Obamacare bill.  So take action with me…

So let me summarize Obama’s health care plan:  1) Euthenize grandma and veterans, 2) Mandate funding murder of innocent children, 3) Empower atheist litigants to outlaw the healing power of the Christian faith.

     banished from the kingdom!
     Then a citizen asked,  "With no foreign relations experience and
     having zero military experience or knowledge, how will deal with
     radical terrorists?"  And "The One" said,  "Simple.  I shall sit with
     them and talk with them and show them how nice we really are; and they
     will forget that they ever wanted to kill us all!"  And the people
     said, "Hallelujah!! We are safe at last, and we can beat our weapons
     into free cars for the people!"
     Then  "The One" said  "I shall give 95% of you lower taxes."  And one,
     lone voice said,  "But 40% of us don’t pay ANY taxes."  So "The One"
     said,  "Then I shall give you some of the taxes the fat-cats pay!"  
     And the people said, "Hallelujah! Show us the money!"
     Then "The One" said,  "I shall tax your Capital Gains when you sell
     your homes!"  And the people yawned and the slumping housing market
     collapsed.  And He said.  "I shall mandate employer-funded health care
     for every worker and raise the minimum wage..  And I shall give every
     person unlimited healthcare and medicine and transportation to the
     clinics."  And the people said, "Give me some of that!"
     Then he said, "I shall penalize employers who ship jobs overseas."  
     And the people said, "Where’s my rebate check?"
     Then "The One" said, "I shall bankrupt the coal industry and
     electricity rates will skyrocket!"  And the people said, "Coal is
     dirty, coal is evil, no more coal! But we don’t care for that part
     about higher electric rates."  So "The One" said, Not to worry..  If
     your rebate isn’t enough to cover your expenses, we shall bail you out.
      Just sign up with the ACORN and you troubles are over!"
     Then He said, "Illegal immigrants feel scorned and slighted.  Let’s
     grant them amnesty, Social Security, free education, free lunches,
     free medical care, bi-lingual signs and guaranteed housing…"  And
     the people said, "Hallelujah!"  and they made him king!
     And so it came to pass that employers, facing spiraling costs and
     ever-higher taxes, raised their prices and laid off workers.  Others
     simply gave up and went out of business and the economy sank like unto
     a rock dropped from a cliff.
     The bank banking industry was destroyed.  Manufacturing slowed to a
     crawl.  And more of the people were without a means of support..
     Then "The One" said,  "I am the "the One"- The Messiah – and I’m here
     to save you!  We shall just print more money so everyone will have
     enough!"  But our foreign trading partners said unto Him. "Wait a
     minute. Your dollar is not worth a pile of camel dung!  You will have
     to pay more…"  And the world said,  "Wait a minute.  That is
     unfair!!"   And the world said,  "Neither are these other idiotic
     programs you have embraced. Lo, you have become a Socialist state and
     a second-rate power.  Now you shall play by our rules!"
     And the people cried out,  "Alas, alas!! What have we done?"  But yea
     verily, it was too late.  The people set upon The One and spat upon
     him and stoned him, and his name was dung.  And the once mighty nation
     was no more;  and the once proud people were without sustenance or
     shelter or hope.  And the Change "The One"  had given them was as like
     unto a poison that had destroyed then and like a whirlwind that
    consumed all that they had built.
     And the people beat their chests in despair and cried out in anguish,
     "give us back our nation and our pride and our hope!!"  But it was too
     late, and their homeland was no more.
     You may think this a fairy tale, but it’s not.
     It’s happening RIGHT  NOW !

I am so glad to finally get a chance to share this with you all. 

With all the speaking out and disagreeing with the Obama healthcare, or with Congressman Brian Baird, kind of had Congressman Brian Baird a little concerned about doing a Town Hall Meeting.  So you had to sign up on a special invitation page.  Submit saying you wanted to attend, a phone conference Town Hall Meeting.

 

 I signed up for the Town Hall with Congressman Brian Baird for August 25th at 11:30 am. Or should I say Phone conference Town Hall. I decided to use my 2nd phone line when signing up for the phone conference. Its  a  little more private and in a more quiet  area so I could focus all my attention on the phone conference.

So the Phone # I used to sign up for the conference, Was a different phone # than the the phone # I used to fill out forms when I email Congressman Brian Baird.

READY …… Waiting… Waitng…. hmmmm late….

My phone from the phone # I use on the forms, Rang!  I ignored it, because I didn’t want to be distracted, so the answering machine picks it up and  guess who?

YEP!

He left a message stating he was sorry that we when he called earlier, that I was not avaible.

BullSh..

There was never a 1st call!

He knew my views, he knew my questions!

He brushed me off.

He did NOT want to hear anything I had to say.

It was ok, for him to call us “brown shirts”

which I did read his apology. I Was willing to accept it and move on!

He totally SNUBBED US!

I couldn’t believe it. I still can’t.

 

I sure hope enough people in my area get registered to vote, and votes him OUT!

He may have done the most Town Hall meetings, but that doesn’t mean he does what the people ask.

As you have already heard, we do not want more government controll.

Until you get the Government spending under control, and fix the social security system.

PAY SOCIAL SECURITY BACK even For the future generations.

Never shall we the people vote for Government controlled healthcare. Here my voice! I Say NO To any Healthcare system or Health care Insurance from the Government.

Leave it in the hands of the FREE MARKET.
